HEALTH CARE PROVIDER AND RETURN TO WORK

HELPING PEOPLE INJURED ON THE JOB RECOVER AND GET BACK TO WORK

People get injured, they come in, we do an assessment, we develop a treatment program. We chart on them every day, we take them through exercises, right to the point of discharge and back to their pre-injury function.

RETURNING TO WORK

Benefit:

Keeps the injured worker active and provides a sense of purpose.

Help your patients understand that a safe and timely return to work can often be good for their recovery. They’ll get back to enjoying their favourite activities outside of work too. Be up front with them about their abilities, as well as your treatment plan for getting them back to work sooner. You’re in a unique position to set expectations and motivate.
