WCB Nova Scotia continues to do its part to help reduce the impact of COVID-19. In this section, wcb.ns.ca/COVID19, you will find the latest information available for workers, employers and service providers on how we have adapted our operations in response to the pandemic.
Our mission has always been to keep Nova Scotians safe and secure from workplace injury. Through these challenging and unprecedented times, the health and safety of our employees and those we serve remain our number one priority.
April 27 update: Due to increasing case counts of COVID-19, and community spread in Nova Scotia, appointments for Permanent Medical Impairment (PMI) assessments are postponed. All workers with appointments will be contacted to reschedule. The pandemic has affected the way we deliver service, and those changes are summarized on the pages to the left.
As always, if you have questions or concerns, you can reach us during business hours at 1-800-870-3331 or through our online services and we would be happy to help you.
